Santa's magic map with little Christmas trees

Watch how it begins

Santa lights their tree — then a cold dark wind blows in

In the very first video Santa opens his book and reads your kids' names, finds their tree among thousands on his magic map and lights it. Then a cold dark wind puts half of the lights to sleep. Now it's up to the kids — and everyone who loves them.

Ho ho ho! — Santa

Your family's tree

Every tap lights a lamp

Your tree lives on Santa's map. Kids, grandparents and friends tap “Shine, little tree!” and the light climbs up the garland. Other players can tap “Sleep, little tree!” — so keep shining.

  • Lamps at the bottom are light — the more votes, the higher they climb.
  • Lamps at the top glow dark blue — that's the darkness.
  • Everyone who lights the tree today protects it tonight, when wind and storms come.
  • On Christmas night Santa flies past: more light — the tree shines all year.

Try it — this tree starts like every new tree: 10 votes for light, 10 against.

How it works

Three steps to a Christmas full of mornings

  1. 1

Put their tree on the map

Kids' first names, your city and a name for the tree. No photos, no last names. Check how Santa says each name.

  2. 2

    Watch the beginning together

Santa lights your family's tree — and the dark forces instantly dim half of it.

  3. 3

    Santa every morning

From December 1 he tells what the night was like and what weather is coming. Light the tree every day, and it will shine.

Questions

Parents ask

It's only October. Can we start now?

Yes. Create your tree today — Santa's first video arrives right away, and the kids can light the tree and decorate it with the first ornaments. The mornings start on December 1.

When do the videos arrive?

Every morning at 7 am your time, December 1 to 24, by email and on your family page. The Finale arrives at 7 am on Christmas morning, together with the presents.

What if the tree doesn't win?

It doesn't break — it falls asleep until next Christmas. Santa never blames the kids: he thanks them for every light, and the dark forces are the ones to blame. If you want to be sure, Santa's Golden Star saves the tree on Christmas night.

How many kids can be in one adventure?

Up to 30 in one order — brothers, sisters and cousins. Write their names the way you call them at home, and Santa says them just like that — in his book and every morning.

We're starting late. Is it still worth it?

Yes. After December 1 you get the beginning and a catch-up morning straight away, and then a new video every morning. From December 15 the late start costs $12.99 ($9.99 with a code) — fewer mornings, lower price.

Who can light our tree?

Anyone with the link or anyone who finds it on Santa's map: the kids, grandparents, friends, the class parents' chat. Everyone who lights the tree today protects it tonight. “Sleep, little tree!” is for your own family and for players who have a tree of their own.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once for the whole adventure. Payments go through Paddle: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Bring your tree home — do it yourself

Like making things? Put a smart LED garland on your real tree, and it will show the same light as your tree on the site: the same border between light and darkness, the same colour and effect. Easiest way: a ready WLED controller set up from your phone (iPhone too) — no soldering, no flashing. Parts cost about $35–45.
